Where is the opening reception?
We're kicking off the event in style! Head over to the level 2 NAMM NeXT event space of the JW Marriott Nashville from 6–8 pm on Sunday, June 29, to check in and enjoy cocktails and bites with colleagues, as well as live music. We can't wait to see you!
What is the weather and attire?
Nashville is quite warm in the summer months, so plan to dress accordingly. The conference will be air-conditioned, so plan to layer clothes as you transition from cool indoor temperatures to hotter outdoor weather. If you are walking the short distance to the Gibson Garage on Monday evening, plan for 0.2 miles — about a 4-minute walk in comfortable shoes.
When are the networking opportunities?
NAMM NeXT will include multiple opportunities to catch up with friends and make new contacts, including the opening reception on Sunday evening, meal and break times throughout the day, and the Gibson Garage event.
What's up with parking?
Parking at the JW Marriott Nashville is $62 per day/overnight or hourly rates are as follows: 0-2 - $30, 2-4 - $40, 4-6 - $50, 6+ - $62
When is NAMM NeXT?
The event will run from 8 am–5 pm on Monday June 30 and 8 am – 4 pm on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. There will be an opening welcome reception on the evening of Sunday, June 29 at the JW Marriott.

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration covers two full days of keynotes, sessions, workshops and panel discussions, along with breakfast, lunch, refreshments, Sunday’s opening reception and Monday’s Gibson Garage event.

What is the weather and attire?
Nashville is hot in the summer months, but the hotel is air-conditioned, so dress accordingly. We suggest business casual for the entire event.
Are there exhibits at NAMM NeXT?
NAMM NeXT is an education and networking conference, focused on high-value sessions and events.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Is my registration refundable and/or transferable?
Registration is final, as we are planning a customized experience for a limited number of attendees.

Is NAMM NeXT exclusively open to NAMM members or can non-NAMM members attend?
This event is an exclusive service to NAMM members with limited availability. NAMM membership must be current in order to attend. We welcome you to join NAMM or renew your membership.
What is The Gibson Garage event?
As part of your registration, we are excited to welcome you to The Gibson Garage for a night of light bites, open bar & live music on Monday, June 30 after the conference ends. Details and RSVP invite coming soon!
Where is The Gibson Garage event?
The Gibson Garage (209 10th Ave. S, Ste 205, Nashville, TN 37203) is located only a 5-minute walk from the JW Marriott Hotel. There is a paid parking lot available directly across the street, valet parking at the JW Marriott, or the Music City Center paid parking structure all very close by.
