Where is the opening reception?
We're kicking off the event in style! Head over to the Grand Hall on Level 2 of the Grand Hyatt Nashville from 5–7 pm on Tuesday, July 16, to check in and enjoy cocktails and bites with colleagues, as well as live music by Martin artist Ross Livermore. We can't wait to see you!
What is the weather and attire?
Nashville is quite warm in the summer months, so plan to dress accordingly. The conference will be air-conditioned, so plan to layer clothes as you transition from cool indoor temperatures to hotter outdoor weather. If you are walking the short distance to the Gibson Garage on Wednesday evening, plan for 0.3 miles — about a 7-minute walk in comfortable shoes.
What should I bring?
NAMM will be providing special notebooks and pens, but we encourage you to capture every bit of information in the way that is best for you.
When are the networking opportunities?
NAMM NeXT will include multiple opportunities to catch up with friends and make new contacts, including the opening reception on Tuesday evening, meal and break times throughout the day, and happy hour at the end of each day.
How do I download the NAMM NeXT app?

What's up with parking?
Parking at the Grand Hyatt Nashville is $55/day and overnight. There is a $25 rate for up to five hours max.
When is NAMM NeXT?
The event will run from 8 am–5 pm on Wednesday and Thursday, July 17–18, 2024. There will be an opening welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday, July 16.

Who should attend NAMM NeXT?
NAMM NeXT’s program will serve manufacturers, retailers, distributors and entrepreneurs, as well as audio, live event, and music technology professionals and music educators. This immersive education and networking experience is designed for current and emerging leaders in NAMM member companies, as well as individual NAMM members who want to accelerate their business and career.
How much does it cost to attend NAMM NeXT?
$1,295 individually. Groups of four or more from the same member company can attend for a discounted rate of $995 per person.
What is included in my registration fee?
Registration covers two full days of keynotes, sessions, workshops and panel discussions, along with breakfast, lunch, refreshments and the opening reception.

Are there exhibits at NAMM NeXT?
NAMM NeXT is an education and networking conference, focused on high-value sessions and events.

Is my registration refundable and/or transferable?
Registration is final, as we are planning a customized experience for a limited number of attendees.

Is NAMM NeXT exclusively open to NAMM members or can non-NAMM members attend?
This event is an exclusive service to NAMM members with limited availability. NAMM membership must be current in order to attend. We welcome you to join NAMM or renew your membership.
What is The Gibson Garage event?
As part of your registration, we are excited to welcome you to The Gibson Garage for a night of light bites, open bar & live music from 6 - 10 pm, Wednesday, July 17. Be sure to RSVP as space is extremely limited!
Where is The Gibson Garage event?
The Gibson Garage (209 10th Ave. S, Ste 205, Nashville, TN 37203) is located only a 5 minute walk from the Grand Hyatt Hotel. There is also paid parking available across the street.
How can I RSVP for The Gibson Garage event?
