When is NAMM NeXT?
The event will run from 8 am–5 pm on Wednesday and Thursday, July 17–18, 2024. There will be an opening welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday, July 16.

Who should attend NAMM NeXT?
NAMM NeXT’s program will serve manufacturers, retailers, distributors and entrepreneurs, as well as audio, live event, and music technology professionals and music educators. This immersive education and networking experience is designed for current and emerging leaders in NAMM member companies, as well as individual NAMM members who want to accelerate their business and career.
How much does it cost to attend NAMM NeXT?
$995 individually. Groups of four or more from the same member company can attend for a discounted rate of $795 per person.
What is included in my registration fee?
Registration covers two full days of keynotes, sessions, workshops and panel discussions, along with breakfast, lunch, refreshments and the opening reception.
Will there be discounted hotel room rates available at the Grand Hyatt and/or other Nashville hotels for NAMM NeXT attendees?
Yes, $309 per room at the Grand Hyatt — first come, first served. Please reserve soon, as discounted rooms will sell out.
How soon should I book travel and hotel?
Please book at your earliest convenience since NAMM has arranged for discounted hotel rooms that will sell out. Book your hotel now!
What is the nearest airport?

What is the weather and attire?
Nashville is hot in the summer months, but the hotel is air-conditioned, so dress accordingly. We suggest business casual for the entire event.
Are there exhibits at NAMM NeXT?
NAMM NeXT is an education and networking conference, focused on high-value sessions and events.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Is my registration refundable and/or transferable?
Registration is final, as we are planning a customized experience for a limited number of attendees.

Is NAMM NeXT exclusively open to NAMM members or can non-NAMM members attend?
This event is an exclusive service to NAMM members with limited availability. NAMM membership must be current in order to attend. We welcome you to join NAMM or renew your membership.
What is The Gibson Garage event?
As part of your registration, we are excited to welcome you to The Gibson Garage for a night of light bites, open bar & live music on Wednesday, July 17. Be sure to RSVP as space is extremely limited!
Due to popular demand and limited space, we have two time slots to choose from: 6:00–8 pm or 8:30–10:30 pm. An RSVP and NAMM NeXT badge are required for entry.
Where is The Gibson Garage event?
The Gibson Garage (209 10th Ave. S, Ste 205, Nashville, TN 37203) is located only a 5 minute walk from the Grand Hyatt Hotel. There is also paid parking available across the street.
